The £5 shuttle charge to the terminals feels a bit steep!!! Cleanliness issues were disappointing, with some areas not meeting expectations. Some rooms surprisingly cramped, lacking enough closet space. Long wait times for transport could be improved!!!

I loved the super-fast connection to Terminal 4. just a 6-minute walk! The room was spacious with thoughtful features like easily accessible towels and an impressive 49-inch TV. Enjoyed using the complimentary boarding pass printer at the restaurant too.

I appreciated the nearby Bedfont Lake for a tranquil walk, and the convenience of reaching Heathrow Airport made my travels seamless. while my stay overall was good, I found the cramped space in the executive room made it tricky to relax, especially after a long day out.

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room. The bed was super comfy and I really appreciated the quietness, even with the airport nearby. The room was clean and had some nice touches like a tea kettle and mini-fridge. the air conditioning was a bit noisy and couldn't be turned off, which was a little annoying at night. it was a decent place to crash after a long flight.

The hotel has an amazing kids menu that delighted my children. We had a great time enjoying family meals together, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The proximity to the airport made our travels seamless, and it was a quick walk to Terminal 4.

The King Guest Room showed signs of wear with tatty furnishings, not quite what I'd expect after shelling out a hefty amount for a last-minute stay. Despite the easy airport access, getting outside for a proper walk required using the tunnel to reach the nearby hotel, which felt a bit isolating.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped print important documents during my first stay. Highly recommend their delightful cocktails!

Had an awesome time with friends! We really enjoyed the walking trails nearby, perfect for fitness lovers. The Kids Menu was a hit too, great for groups with children. The hotel is super convenient to get to and served good food. Just remember, it’s a bit of a trek to transfer terminals, so plan accordingly!

We noticed the second floor had a strong scent, which might be a problem if you're sensitive to smells. be aware of the lack of free wi-fi. it can be a downside.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton with a warm welcome from the staff. The room was upgraded and immaculately clean. Access to terminal 4 via the walkway was convenient for my early flight. I enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Italian restaurant. the staff was attentive and the food was flavorful, particularly the pasta dishes.
